Views take in the blue of Tasman Bay, the mountains of Kahurangi National Park & the wide expanse of Nelson's sunny blue skies! This holiday home is perfect for up to 6 guests, with an option to add 2 extra children, making a maximum of 8 guests. Aporo is superbly equipped with every home comfort & convenience provided for you. Other: Separate Toilet & Basin. ⭐️ Laundry Full laundry with Washer, Dryer & Tub. ⭐️ Location • Aporo is located in Enner Glynn, a quiet upmarket street of a beautiful hillside residential area overlooking the sea, Northern Stoke & Tahunanui. • The location is handy to Stoke Village, Stoke Brewery & Cafe, Isel Park, Broadgreen Rose Gardens, Marsden Valley MTB trails, Monaco Peninsula & Tahunanui Beach. • Nelson City Center and Richmond Town Centre are less than a 10min. drive away. ⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes • Car Parking - Off-street parking is available in the driveway. • No parties, No venue use, No smoking inside, No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply. • Balcony noise - The neighbouring property's bedroom areas are close to the balcony area here so we ask that guests are always considerate in respect of noise here or when the doors to the home are open to the balcony. • Personal home - This is a personal home, made available to guests in-between periods of owner use. This allows you access to a superbly equipped home with the trade-off that some storage areas, including the garage, will not be available for guest use. ⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. ⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.
