Special terms and a $50 pet fee will apply. • Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking and driveway areas. • Car Parking - There are 2 off-street car parks only. One in the garage that is suitable for a standard vehicle and one car park immediately in front of the garage door. Parking is not permitted above the property,on the turning circle beside the entry to the garage. • Noise restrictions - Neighbourhood quiet rules apply between 10pm and 730am. Breach of this rule may result in security callout & venue charges. ⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. • Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. ⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure. • Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
