There are also steps from the balcony deck to the pool, spa & garden area. • Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the main entry and parking area as well as the side access-ways to the property. • Swimming Pool - The pool is heated with a swimming season that typically extends from late October until late April. • Quiet Hours - No noise that has the potential to disturb neighbours shall be made at any time during the designated “quiet hours” of 9:00pm and 8:00am. ⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime between 3pm and 8pm, 7 days a week. • Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. A minimum additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply. • Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
