No Smoking. No pets. General Terms & Conditions apply. • Noise in the area - This is a central city apartment. While the apartment is double glazed, well insulated and while the area is not generally considered noisy, as for any city location, there may be the potential for some noise from time to time. • Stairs - This is a multi-level apartment with stairs between ground level (entry, bedroom, ensuite bathroom, laundry, parking) and level 1 (living, kitchen, dining, main bathroom, bedroom) and level 2 where there is a roof-top balcony. If your children are familiar with stairs &/or you are comfortable supervising them in this area, then we would be happy to welcome you at this property. ⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime between 2pm and 8pm. • Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. A minimum additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply. • Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
