If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent. • Stairs - as the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking. • Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, this apartment is deemed unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12. • Garage storage - We're happy to make the garage available for storage by early request. ⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm.
