This apartment can be booked together with the lower level 'Harbour View - One' apartment via our 'Harbour View - Three' listing, giving you exclusive use of the property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living, kitchen & dining areas. • Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway. • Car parking - There is just one car park available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent. • Stairs - as the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking. • Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, this apartment is deemed unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12. • Garage storage - We're happy to make the garage available for storage by early request. ⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. • Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
