Upstairs - Main house: 1) Queen bed & incredible sea views. 2) Single bed + Single bed (or King by early request) & incredible sea views. Sleep-out: 3) Single bed + Single bed. The sleep-out is situated just behind the main house & also enjoys views over the bay & garden. ⭐️ 1.5 Bathrooms • Upstairs - 1): Shower, Toilet & Vanity. • Downstairs - Other: Separate Toilet & Basin. ⭐️ Location • The location is exceptionally quiet, but perfectly located for easy access to all that is great about Nelson! It's just 5 minutes drive to Tahunanui beach where you can hire paddle boards, learn to kite surf or swim & play. It's less than 5 minutes drive to downtown Nelson for shopping, art galleries, museum, river walkway & many more great eateries. The property is 15 minutes drive from Nelson airport ⭐️ Inclusions • Haulashore Views will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay. • All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking. • Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required. ⭐️ Booking Conditions & Notes • No party or venue use.
