General Terms & Conditions apply. • Maximum Guest & Vehicle numbers - Please note that a maximum of 6 guests only are permitted to stay at this property with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Visitors are not permitted here. • Tidal Access - At times of particularly high tides (Approx 1~2 times each month), the access road will be covered with seawater for a short period of time around mid-day & mid-night. • Tank water supply - we ask that you be thoughtful with water use. Conservation is particularly important through our dryer Summer months. • WiFi & WiFi Calling - We now have high-speed Starlink Internet here! Cellular coverage is poor here - Use Wireless Calling instead. • Vehicle access to the beach is not permitted. The beach is pedestrian access only. ⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
