The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort. • Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building. • Elevator/Lift - Access to this 5th floor apartment is via lift or stairs. • Stairs - Stairs connect the main main entry, living, kitchen, dining, balcony and powder room level with the bedrooms and bathrooms above. ⭐️ Check-in is available between 2pm and 8pm, 7 days a week. • Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only.
