Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m. • Children - This apartment is not ideal for young children due to the fragility of furnishings and presence of stairs. • Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort. • Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building. • Elevator/Lift - Access to this 5th floor apartment is via lift or stairs. • Stairs - Stairs connect the main main entry, living, kitchen, dining, balcony and powder room level with the bedrooms and bathrooms above. ⭐️ Check-in is available between 2pm and 8pm, 7 days a week. • Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. A minimum additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply. • Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
