No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. ∙ General Terms & Conditions and the Building's standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply. ∙ Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 standard vehicle. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m. ∙ Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort. ∙ Elevator access - easy elevator access is provided. ∙ Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building. ⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime between 2pm and 8pm. ∙ Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. A minimum additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply. ∙ Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
