- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.
- Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.
- Late arrivals after 8pm - Available by agreement only. A minimum charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.
- Early Check-in - Purchasable subject to availability.
- Late check-out - Purchasable subject to availability.
- Laundry - Hanging laundry on the balconies is not permitted. Please use the dryer or drying rack inside the apartment.
