Aircon - All bedrooms are air-conditioned providing wonderful comfort for sleeping in Summer or Winter.

Children - With pools, stairs, balustrades & steep areas around the property, young children will require close supervision.

Security cameras - For the general security of the property and guests, cameras surveil the parking & driveway areas as well as the seaward access to the property.

Stairs - This home has stairs from the entry level down to the main living level.

Swimming pool - Heating can typically run from December to April subject to weather conditions. Outside of the heated period, cold water swimming is possible. Please let us know if you intend to swim during this time and we'll have the pool serviced prior to your arrival.
