Please see our General Terms & Conditions for full details • Air-conditioning - All bedrooms are air-conditioned providing wonderful comfort for sleeping in Summer or Winter. • Small Children - Due to the presence of the swimming pool and spa pool, stairways, balustrades & steep areas in the surrounding bush & trails, young children will require careful supervision. • Swimming pool - The pool is heated between December & April, when the weather is warmer and the days are longer. The actual water temperature will be subject to weather conditions. Outside of the 'swimming months', the heating is ineffective and will not be operated. Cold water swimming will of course be possible - please let us know if you intend to swim during this time and we'll have the pool serviced prior to your arrival. • Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the parking & driveway areas as well as the seaward access to the property. ⭐️Check in & Check out • Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm. • Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge.
