The apartment is part of the main house building, with external access to - from the main house or parking area.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4.5 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Apartment - Please note that Bedroom 4 is a separate apartment within the main structure of the house. This room provides a Queen Bed, Kitchenette, Ensuite and has external access from the main house as well as the parking area.

Fall hazard - Please note the retaining wall along the rear property is greater than 1m in height and does not have a railing. Please do not allow children to roam above the wall.

Personal home - This home is made available to guests on an occasional basis & is occupied by the property owners at other times. As a result, you'll enjoy access to a superbly equipped home with the minor trade-off that you may see some personal items & that some spaces may be dedicated to the storage of owner belongings.

Spa Pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

Stairs - This home has stairs so care is required if you have small children.

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
