All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
Professional Housekeeping & Linen Laundering
At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind.
All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Bicycle storage - We provide in-building storage for bicycles & charging facilities for e-bikes.
City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.
Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.
Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.
Check in & Check out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

We had a great stay here prior to heading off on the Abel Tasman Coastal Hike. The place was centrally located and had everything we needed. Very clean and modern. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thank you!

Simple, modern apartment right in the centre of town. Easy access and communication by the property managers. Only issue was the air conditioning unit was on the upper outside wall and made a constant rumble. We had to turn it off to sleep. A fan was quickly dropped off but not ideal. Would stay again but suggest the master bedroom swaps with the spare room.

Hello! We really liked the apartment! It was everything we needed or I can imagine anyone needing and in a great location. We really did not mind the lack of parking, we found a way and made it work. Nelson is pretty relaxed as cities go when it comes to parking. We just walked down the street about 500 meters to park. We love your place and will likely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment in a great location in Nelson CBD. Close to everything, but still quiet and relaxing. Lovely modern kitchen and bathroom with spa shower features. Hosts were very responsive. We’s definitely come again!

The apartment is a testament to comfort and style. Spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean, they offer a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for the invitation to provide feedback Our family hired three of the four units. We genuinely feel the apartments exceeded our expectations, tastefully decorated, meticulous, clean, great balconies, all the mod cons which meant you could maximize your time getting in making the most of our time in beautiful Nelson. Another added benefit is the location right in town with access to restaurants and shopping within a few steps in each direction. We were surprised that despite being right in town you could hear nothing inside the apartments. Although parking was available a short distance away, it had no bearing on our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a superior place to stay and excellent location.
