All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2.5 hours will be included in your booking.
Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.
Professional Housekeeping & Linen Laundering
At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind.
All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Bicycle storage - We provide in-building storage for bicycles & charging facilities for e-bikes.
City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.
Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.
Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.
Check in & Check out
Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm or from noon where the option of early check-in has been purchased.
Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.

Good base to stay if you want to explore Nelson and area or just relax. The apartment is situated right in the centre of Nelson. It’s very modern and up to date. Spacious with good quality appliances, fridge freezer, cooker,coffee machine, washing machine. Dining and lounge area. Upstairs is a sun terrace with shading and a fully equipped barbecue Comfortable bedrooms and bathroom has an excellent shower. It’s very central for restaurants, bars and shops and surprisingly quiet after 10.30pm. Parking is available a few streets away. Communication was very good prior to and after our stay…

We have enjoyed our stay in Nelson. Your instructions re parking/unloading were spot on also helped by there being a bank holiday when we arrived. The apartment is very well equipped. We particularly loved the shower. Everything is high spec. Detailed instructions on the fridge were excellent. Great location in the centre and not as noisy as you might imagine given it’s in the centre.

Clean, tidy, in the middle of town. Lovely rain shower in the bathroom and a heated floor. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough equipment such as glasses and plates for the number of people staying. Instructions given were clear and easy to follow, such as about getting keys, and any other questions such as parking were informative and answered promptly.

Hi, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Inner City Apartments. It is a very stylish flat with comfortable beds and a great sofa to sit and watch the television. We also appreciated the roof terrace. If I had to be nit picking, I would suggest another seat on the terrace in case you have 4 guests rather than the 3 we had. Also, you are a bit short of glasses, especially if you had 4 guests. That really is a small thing overall as we found the flat to be spacious, clean and such an ideal location. Thank you, Evelyn

Phenomenal property with a very high level of furniture, finishings, and equipment. Great design as well. Really can’t say enough about this unit and this very sweet city. So much to do within 5 minutes walk - access to good hikes, botanical gardens, the Saturday market, killer ceviche at the Urban across the street. Won’t get back soon enough! Thanks for the great stay! Awesome property.

The apartment is a testament to comfort and style. Spacious, well-furnished, and impeccably clean, they offer a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for the invitation to provide feedback Our family hired three of the four units. We genuinely feel the apartments exceeded our expectations, tastefully decorated, meticulous, clean, great balconies, all the mod cons which meant you could maximize your time getting in making the most of our time in beautiful Nelson. Another added benefit is the location right in town with access to restaurants and shopping within a few steps in each direction. We were surprised that despite being right in town you could hear nothing inside the apartments. Although parking was available a short distance away, it had no bearing on our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a superior place to stay and excellent location.
