The silvered hardwood decks wrap elegantly around two sides of the home, featuring frameless glass balustrades that ensure uninterrupted ocean views. On the landward side, cascading terraced decks wind through serene ornamental ponds and fish, leading you to the spa pool and lush garden areas—perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The kitchen is a dream for food enthusiasts and entertainers alike. Outfitted with premium appliances, including a Miele cooktop, an espresso machine with grinder and locally roasted beans, and a filtered-water tap, it’s fully equipped for any culinary adventure. Other: Powder Room with Toilet & Vanity Basin.

Downstairs level - 

2: Fully tiled bathroom with Shower, Separate Bath, Toilet & Vanity. Heated towel rail & Underfloor heating.  Jack & Jill access shared betweens Bedroom 2 and 3.

Inclusions

Cliff House will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4 hours will be included in your booking.

Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

At Holiday Nelson we take a thorough approach toward cleanliness and hygiene practices for your and our families peace of mind. 

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!

Fish to Feed - Please note the garden ponds are home to ornamental gold fish that need to be fed 1~2 times per day. While guests are in house we ask that guests give the fish a spoon of feed in the morning and another in the evenings.

Garage - The garage is used by the property owner's for storage and is not accessible to guests. Ample off-street car parking is provided on the property for 2~3 cars.

Personal home - This home is made available to guests on an occasional basis & is occupied by the property owners at other times. As a result, you'll enjoy access to a superbly equipped home with the minor trade-off that you may see some personal items & that some spaces may be dedicated to the storage of owner belongings.

Shoes off inside - To protect the gorgeous Matai native timber floors, we ask that you please remove shoes before entering this home.

Check in & Check out

Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm or from 1pm where the option of early check-in has been purchased.

Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
