Listing Options

Full management - Maximise year-round bookings while allowing for personal use

Requirements:

  • Attractive well-kept homes, ideally those with special features such as swimming pools, spa pools, great views, architectural design, attractive locations etc - Properties that will be attractive to holidaymakers.

Seasonal management (Summer only) - Tap into peak demand

Requirements:

  • Attractive well-kept homes, ideally those with special features such as swimming pools, spa pools, great views, architectural design, attractive locations etc - Properties that will be attractive to holidaymakers.
  • Availability of at least 3 months across the late December - March period.
  • Ideally, you'll provide six or more months lead time (this refers to the time available to prepare for listing and advertise the property, prior to the commencement of availability). Acceptance of new listing applications for the approaching Summer will generally end on 30 October.
