Listing Options

Full management (All year round) - Maximise year-round bookings while allowing for personal use

Requirements:

• Attractive well-kept homes, ideally those with special features such as swimming pools, spa pools, great views, architectural design, attractive locations etc - Properties that will be attractive to holidaymakers.

Seasonal management (Summer only) - Tap into peak demand

Requirements:

• Attractive well-kept homes, ideally those with special features such as swimming pools, spa pools, great views, architectural design, attractive locations etc - Properties that will be attractive to holiday makers.
• Ideally, availability of at least 3 months across the late December - March period.
• Six or more months lead time is optimal if possible (this refers to the time available to prepare for listing and advertise the property, prior to the commencement of availability).
• Acceptance of new listing applications for the approaching Summer will generally end on 30 October.
